3 months to raise $10,000

As our old healing space in Santa Isabel if falling apart due to termite damage.  It is time to move on... UP.  A spirit that I am very fond of called Pedro guided us to this new space. It wants to work there. We took a leap of faith and committed to this house. We know this is what is meant to be. We trust that spirit is guiding friends and former guests to donate and help us help others. The owner is letting us move in with only half ( $5,000) of the $10,000 down payment. The other $5,000 is due in  3 months.  After that he is willing to finance the balance. We have to be out of our old space by June 15th.  All $ you donate will be discounted off your next visit.
I have taken everything that we have from savings $1,600 to get started with the expenses of survey, notary, contract, and closing fees. The rest is up to you. Please help out if possible. Even small donations help a great deal and


The home has: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and dining space, guest house, bunk room that sleeps 6 or more, pool,  large yard/garden, fish pond, and lots of land to roam around on.
