30 Day Stop Suicide Sea Swim

Few of us remain untouched in 2021 by mental health challenges or indeed suicide.

We have the power to end suicide and promote positive mental health by breaking down the barriers, improving and supporting the services which are in place to help in our communities.

Aware NI are an incredible local charity who provide support and training across NI to combat depression.

Just £1800 can give 16 people the life saving support that they need.

Each day for 30 days from 12th August 2021 I will complete a sea swim to raise awareness and money to support Aware NI and save precious lives.
