Support Milk Run

Milk Run is a volunteer-run DIY space in downtown Omaha, NE dedicated to creating a safe space for all ages and providing an outlet for creative voices in Nebraska. To open its second year and ensure the consistency and availability of an all-ages space in Omaha, we ask for a monetary donation for financial support. Your donation will help us with: -replacement and/or upgrade of equipment -building rental and utility stability -the security of Milk Run’s and NEO’s futures -destressing under Milk Run’s new management In its first year, Milk Run hosted over 150 events, averaging about 12 events per month put on entirely by volunteers. Milk Run is nationally recognized as a DIY venue and continues to book a solid variety of genres and event types, spanning beyond music shows into literary readings, DIY forums, and private parties. Milk Run charges a modest fee of $75 per show to cover rent and utilities. Like at all DIY venues, some shows fall through and we are unable to cover rent fee for that night. NEO is a new collaborative art space that opened next door to Milk Run in October. NEO features creative work by local artists and makes it available for sale to the general public by providing a physical showroom and free advertisement for participating artists. ­­ We appreciate your consideration in donating to Milk Run and NEO.
