Bring back the River Inn

Hi This is Dana and Lawrence. 2 years ago we bought this beautiful property to be a family property on the Truckee River at the edge of Reno Nevada. News spread fast and we soon realized from people who lived in Reno how special this property was. We were shown an outpouring of memories from being baptised to weddings. We also soon realized that this property has a lot of challenges. We started to clean up the Giant mess and were soon up against a lot more than cleaning up the property. we had the City of Reno being called by neighbors across the river for everything we were doing, even for things that we were not doing. We decided that we needed to bring this property back and share it with the community of Reno. This property has a 35 thousand sq ft building, 88 hotel rooms, and 150 campsites. We would like to start with the Campsites. These are right along the Truckee River. we have a lot of hurdles to get this open. we need Sewer, Water, Electricity, pavement and more.
