GNYC Family Camp

About this fundraiser: We are looking for donors to assist with improving our program areas and facilities at Lakeside Family Camp. Lakeside Family Camp is Designed as the Scout camp for families and offers both scouting families and non-scouting families a fun and exciting environment to spend their Summer. We are looking for assistance improving several areas around the camp, including improving our boathouse, installing a fishing dock and repairing/replacing picnic tables around the camp. These improvements will allow us to expand our program capability and give our families the best possible stay at the camp.

About the Greater New York Councils: More information about Greater New York Councils, Boy Scouts of America: The Greater New York Councils (GNYC) is a local council of the Boy Scouts of America that serves the New York City area. As a council GNYC has a unique structure in that it is sub-divided into boroughs, each led by a borough executive. Boroughs are then divided into districts. The Council has helped over five million young people become "Prepared. For Life." since its inception in the 1920s.
