Us move our Hot dog truck to a safer location

On April 29th 2023 my 11 year old autistic son was thrown for his life over a bottle of water. When the lady cannot get the bottle of water she then tried to rip off the autism foundation money jar that we have off the truck. When that didn't work she went around on the driver's side forced her self halfway into our hotdog truck threatening to kill him and his papa who was working the truck.

She has since been arrested and still in jail on numerous charges terror threat charges being one of them. I have since found a safer location for my son's hot dog truck. However after talking to the city officials I have to start all over with permits for the new location. Permits alone is $600. I'm asking for a thousand dollars to just make sure I have everything covered so we can get to the new spot.
