Love For Lilly!

Lilly is our sweet 6 year old who was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome at 15 months old. Lilly has been robbed of the ability to use her hands, legs, and voice and now has seizures, a feeding tube and many other challenges every day. Despite all of this she is always happy, very smart, loves her family, friends, and being in the pool where her body is almost free of the symptoms of Rett Syndrome! Lilly currently is able to go to Hydro therapy once a week in Bend working on strengthening her her core, loosening right sore muscles, reducing the effects of the scoliosis etc.. This privilege means  she has to miss a day of school each week though.
The Make A Wish foundation has granted Lilly's wish to have a therapy pool at our home so now Lilly can be in the pool whenever she wants and we are so grateful. By the same token we now have to try to make this therapy pool accessible for Lilly and her wheelchair...and that is what we are asking for help with. We are in need of materials to be able to get a deck in place with a ramp and a cover to shelter Lilly from the Central Oregon elements so that she can do her therapy year round. We are willing to do the work but the cost of the permits, engineering, and materials are far beyond what our budget can allow for.
