Please help chucky's dad

Hi my name is Julie and my brother's dog got hit by a car while he was walking him last night on Draper road in Clarendon (shawville). He was badly injured and had to be brought to the ottawa animal hospital .as you all know vet care is extremely expensive, and he really needs help with vet care expenses. 

Right now the vet bill is evaluated at 3000$
