Support the Peterson Family

Several individuals in our community have asked how they could help the Peterson Family. We know that they have a long road ahead of them as Laney’s body continues to fight. She has shown signs of improvement but Laney is still in critical condition. Please continue to keep Laney, Colt, Kaylee, and their other 2 children in your prayers. Colt and Kaylee were very hesitant, but they were willing to allow this GoFundMe as an opportunity for our community to rally together and show our support. We hope to lift the Peterson’s financial burden during this incredibly difficult time. Keep those prayers coming for Laney and this sweet family!

I hesitated to post, but unfortunately this is our reality right now. Our sweet, beautiful Laney could use ALL of the prayers right now. She has been ill for a couple of weeks, most recently with influenza A. We went yesterday to our primary doctor and she sent us straight to Union ER. Once there it was a whirlwind of trauma teams tending to Laney. They ended up life lining her to Riley Children's Hospital in Indy, where we currently are. She is on a ventilator and ecmo. They are saying the flu attacked her heart. We were told this first 72 hours are critical and that she is as sick as she can be. We have amazing friends and family and believe in the power of prayer. Please join us in lifting our girl up in prayer. We truly feel she's in the best hands here We love and appreciate each of you.
