Could you help me move to a safe place?

I moved out of my parent's place over ten years ago to an emotionally safe and secure place. But unfortunately, that place has been sold, and because the housing market is crazy right now, it has forced me to move back in.

Staying with my parents long-term isn't emotionally safe for me. They have caused me deep emotional trauma. I've spent over ten years trying to heal this wound, and being here has triggered me every day.

This money is to help me move out. Even with all my savings combined, I still need $3,350. The money will reduce my financial stress, as even though I can do it now, it would mean I will have two financial stressors, which could be detrimental to my mental health. I already redid my budget so I can continue doing therapy, as it has been my lifeline at this time.

I fear that if I don't get out as soon as possible, I will get worse and worse if I am here longer than I like.

I tried to resist asking for help as long as possible, but there are too many bad memories here. I'm regressing to how I was ten years ago.

I'd be forever grateful if you could help me, and asking for help isn't easy for me. I've debated this for weeks now. But today, I feel desperate and scared that my mental health will worsen if I stay here too long.
