Debbie Caldwell Memorial Fund

I'm Debbie's cousin Tori. My mom and Marcia Grace (Debbie's mom) are sisters. Debbie Caldwell was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of 2013. She took aggressive treatment and had a double mastectomy and chemo therapy. In 2014 she had bone metastasis. Her and her husband, Terry (Moses) explored every option they could to try to fight the cancer. Treatment was very expensive and even took them overseas but they were determined to fight. The cancer spread quickly to other organs. Several months ago Debbie fell ill with a blood clot in her lungs. She went into the hospital in severe pain and soon after had Pneumonia. Through immense pain Debbie continued to fight and struggle. Debbie has three young children that she wanted to be here to love, raise and care for. Last week Debbie was sent home from the hospital with hospice. The doctors deemed her terminal and the prognosis was that she had very little time left. She passed away on December 10th. We find comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering. Through the years treatment has been very costly and Debbie and her family have exhausted all of their resources and are faced with serious debt. Im creating this memorial fund to help the family she is leaving behind.
