Jeanne Chartier

For my friend Jeannie- In the short time I've known Jeannie, she has had a profound effect on me and many I've observed around her. If there is one thing I know about her, it's that she has and will continue to give the shirt off her back for anyone in need. For those of you who know her, she has passionately given back to her community and causes she feels very passionate about. She is famous for wearing pink for her favorite cause, breast cancer. Jeannie has a way of inspiring and motivating almost everyone she meets, but almost never asks for anything in return. For those who know her, and have had the chance to meet her know that she is an incredibly humble and powerful woman. She was a single mom who's greatest gift was being a mother, she is an incredibly amazing team mate to many Best Buy employees for over a decade, she is a volunteer, a foster parent/guardian and sole caretaker of her grandson Julian and a professional body builder. On 12-5-16, this incredibly strong and amazing person (my friend, and previous employee) suffered an incredible loss. Jeannie's daughter unexpectedly passed away. Jeannie- I can't begin to tell you what a positive impact you have had on me, and so many around you. I told you a few days ago to let the people around you help hold you up. This is my way of doing whatever I can to support one of the most amazing people I have had the opportunity to meet. I can't imagine the pain you are going through, and while money can't take that away. I hope our friends and family will do what they can, if they can. This money will be used for cremation/burial costs and expenses related to the care of Alleys son Julian.
