Support a Struggling Parent in Need

At 14 years old, I had a 108 degree heat stroke that should've killed me. Fortunately, I was saved just in time. The same day, I learned I had severe SCOLIOSIS (curvature of the spine).
It was a 57 degree curve so I was required surgery to extend my life. The surgery included 2 metal rods in my spine that I got at 15.
Fast forward, for the past year, it's been hard to STAND and WALK. So I got an MRI and found out I have spinal stenosis on my L5 disc.
Since I could not STAND for longer than 5 mins, I decided to attempt to work from home because the last job meant driving 4 cities to get there, walking hurting my body and it was damaging my car. And so far, I had NO LUCK in finding a remote work from home position.
This also affected my family financially and my kids currently live with their aunt who can help provide while I try to figure this out.
Now the bills are behind...My rent is due even after I applied for rental assistance and I am sure my power will be OUT by Tuesday Nov 5th...unless with YOUR help, I could stay alive to avoid homelessness in this struggling economy and continue to at least find a work from home position.
Please help. Thank you.
