Feeding The Frontline

Doctors, nurses, and other heath care workers are the real heroes we need in the fight against the spread of this disease. They will be working hard over the next days, weeks, and months to help so many of us, and I think the least we can do is make sure that they are getting delicious, nutritious meals during their limited breaks at work.


Baltimore has so many hospitals and healthcare facilities, and an abundance of amazing restaurants. I’m hoping to support both by starting this fundraiser. I will invite hospital departments to place large catering orders for their teams at no charge to them. The money raised here will be used to pay local restaurants for these orders. The restaurants will get some badly needed business, while the healthcare workers doing so much for us won’t have to worry about preparing meals and packing lunches in their precious time off.

100% of all money raised after taxes and GoFundMe fees will go to paying for hot meals for frontline healthcare workers. I have a list of local, independently-owned restaurants that I know badly need the business right now (who doesn’t), and ask that you guys put me in touch with contacts for offices and departments on the frontline who I will invite to place orders.
