Non-Profit fundraiser to build recycling centers

We all want to see an ever-changing world moving in a positive direction. My name is Kannon I'm 20 and the Dominican Republic has been a home to me since I was a little kid. I have decided I'm going to make a Difference in every way I can. The Dominican Republic is full of trash that just has no where to go. The country as a whole is just not equipped to handle that kind of volume. With that comes a massive amount of litter that ends up on the side of the road and a lot of the time in the ocean. To combat that issue there is a massive amount of un-sanctioned landfills that do not have the resources to properly handle the trash problem. My aim is to replace these landfills with regulated and managed recycling centers and creating a buy back program to sell the recycled material back to the Adidas's and Nikes of the world, to continue attacking the immediate problems at hand.
