Disabled, Homeless & need help!

Lost our home due to relationship split up and we both had to leave. Can’t afford rent by myself as we both paid half the bills. Now I’m homeless and trying to figure this out as this was a 6 year relationship that ended so fast so sudden and threw a midlife crisis at me and I’m needing help and disabled and struggling in my car in the cold Montana weather. If anyone can help I’d truly appreciate it. God Bless!
