354 (Dover) Squadron - Training Equipment
Donation protected
Thank you for visiting our Go Fund Me. This is a huge task but we are hoping you can help.
The pandemic over the last 2 years has had a huge detrimental affect on the Squadrons ability to raise funds. Traditional routes of bag packing in super markets and holding quiz nights have not been possible.
With the recent influx of new cadets we are struggling to find the funds to give the cadets the best experience we can.
There is so much we need for the cadets. If we manage to reach our target we will be able to:
- Update our current IT equipment. More and more is going paper free. We have 25+ cadets with only 5 old laptops.
- Duke of Edinburgh Award. It's cost £23 per cadet to register. We aim to offer every cadet the opportunity to do Bronze Level.
- Uniform. Some of our cadets need help to buy the shoes and boots required. This is something we want to offer so every cadet has the same opportunity.
- Over heads such as paper, ink, toilet rolls, hand towels, sanitiser and other cleaning products. We aim for most of our money to go directly back to the cadets and their experiences. Often this means staff and committee paying for incidentals from their own pocket.
This is just an small indication of the things we have to find the funds to achieve. If you follow our Social Media you will know the things we offer. Seeing the cadets achieve everything they do is a huge pleasure and we want to be able to continue doing the best possible job.
We would appreciate your help with this.
