Out Of Work Due To Chemo

Hello, my name is Melinda Garner. I am doing this for my daughter Toni Wilson. Toni is married to Chris Wilson and they have 2 children. Aiden is 10 years old and Briley will soon be 7 years old. Toni was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in August of 2015 at the age of 35. She had surgery on August 28th and was diagnosed with stage 3c cancer. She went through 6 rounds of chemo but her levels were not down to the level they needed to be. Toni had 3 more rounds of chemo. She tried to work as much as she could during those rounds. Her doctors did pet scans, no tumors showed up. They said she was cancer free but her ca125 count was still above normal. They waited and her level kept rising. Her doctors decided the cancer was hiding. She is back on chemo now. Due to the chemo being so much stronger, she is not able to work. She lost her insurance after just paying the max out of pocket amount and is going on her husband's insurance with a new max out of pocket.
