Paige and her young family

Donation protected
Hi, we (Kellie and Craig) are trying to help raise funds for one of our employee's partner Paige. Liam (25) looks after our Termite Repair business and 4 weeks ago got a call from his partners brother to say she had collapsed at home and was being taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Paige (24) is mother and full time carer to their 2 children Grace (4) and Jaziah (18mths). She is a fun, happy loving mother who loves camping and beach trips with the family.

Paige was diagnosed with Brain AVM Malformation - A brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM) is a tangle of blood vessels that connects arteries and veins in the brain. The arteries take oxygen-rich blood from the heart to the brain. Veins carry the oxygen-depleted blood back to the lungs and heart. A brain AVM disrupts this vital process.

An arteriovenous malformation can develop anywhere in the body but common locations include the brain and spinal cord — though overall, brain AVMs that burst are rare. The cause of brain AVMs isn't clear. Most people are born with them, but they can form later in life. Rarely, they can be passed down among families.

Some people with a brain AVM experience signs and symptoms, such as headaches or seizures. An AVM is often found after a brain scan for another health issue or after the blood vessels rupture and bleed (hemorrhage).

Paige was placed into emergency surgery to stop the bleeding on her brain. A second surgery was performed 2 days later to confirm no more bleeding, and this followed another 10 days in an induced coma.

Thankfully Paige has pulled through however she now faces 18 months in hospital for special rehab to teach her how to walk, talk and care for herself, as she has been left with partial paralysis on her left side of her body aswell as congnative damage including emotions.

Funds received will be solely 100% transferred to Liam, Paige, Grace and Jaziah to help with everyday expenses, medical expenses, childcare fees to help reduce the load of care and any other expenses such as car parking at the hospital, medication etc.

We understand times are tough, however this xmas Grace and Jaziah wont have their beautiful mum home and beach/camping trips will be a while coming due to the recovery needed. Any support even $5 will go a very long way in supporting this young family.

Thankyou in advance for your support. Kellie and Craig (Craig Rynne Constructions)
