Khamaya

On July 3 2022. Heading home from

daycare. 5 year old Khamaya was riding in the car with her mother and brother when she was struck by stray bullets entering the vehicle. This tragic loss has left family and friends devastated and confused. She was such a precious child full of love and laughter. Khamaya’s murderer still has not been found & yes we have laid her to rest, however we were forced to leave our home being we couldn’t return without a piece of our heart that wouldn’t be there when we arrived. We are staying with family from place to place & still having to purchase a new vehicle as well. Me & my 8 year old have PTSD & need time to grieve but in our OWN space that we need to ensure we can pay up for a few months without rushing to return to work in order to make ends meet. There are also medical bills that cover my son but in order to get therapy that is needed for myself (their mother) i do not have insurance & am paying out of pocket in the meantime. Anything helps even just resources during this tragic time; thank you everyone for YOUR EVERYTHING & im sorry to need this ongoing help as i am slow to take & quick to GIVE! anything helps
