Big Corporation Devastates Family

My name is Jessica I am a mother of three. My newest daughter was born last November and spent a week in thr NICU. When she came home I was so exicted to have my little family together. During this time I was on maternity leave from my job as a medical biller for Traknet RCM, I followed procedure and submitted both sets of completed disability forms to human resources. I was advised that my disability would go through our private insurance. She sent the paper work in. A couple weeks later I called to check the status of my claim. I was told that I would only be getting 170 for my whole eight weeks of leave, that the rest of the funds should come from state disability. I was confused and worried and already facing dire financial issues. After it was determined that human resources made a mistake by not submitting my claim both insurances; she then sent the claim to the state. I asked the company to help if they could by lending me funds until my state disability came in. I never got a response. Being in dire need of a way to feed my kids and pay rent I took to Facebook and posted a plea for help. Since the post contained the company name I was fired ,while on maternity leave, for just asking for help. I have cashed out my 401k and have filed for unemployment. We have no funds and our rent is due and I need a way to feed my kids. As of yesterday I found out Traknet is fighting my unemployment claim and that they did not complete the employer portion of my disability forms correctly. I now have to wait for them to correct the form and send it back to the state for processing. This could mean another month or so with no income for me to support my family. If anyone could help just so I can cover rent so we do not get evicted or they don't renew our lease I would be forever grateful.
