Rusty & Amy Dockery's surviving children's fund

Hi, I'm Lacey and as most know,

Rusty Dockery, unfortunately lost his battle with cancer November 25, 2023.

Last November he lost the love of his life and mother of his children, Amy Brown Dockery, November 12, 2022.

Rusty was 43 and Amy was 40 and they leave behind 2 wonderful children: Kody Dockery, 22 years old and Pyper Dockery, 12 years old.

Rusty fought cancer for 4 years, going through many chemo and radiation treatments along with many surgeries as well.

Just after his biggest operation that he spent 14 long hours under the knife and with a long recovery ahead, he lost his caregiver and lovely wife, Amy unexpectedly and became an only parent to his kids and the sole provider to his daughter, Pyper, who was still in elementary school.

Rustys cancer returned and chemotherapy was no longer effective. These kids were by his side through it all but with Pyper being in the 6th grade, she still has the rest of her middle school years, high school, proms, graduations, college and so forth without having her parents support.

Kody is a responsible, hardworking young man who is nonetheless deserving, is very supportive to his sister and has a family of his own so I'm starting this fundraiser in hopes to make Christmas for these two more memorable and their futures brighter ahead.
