Help Alfie get his surgery for FLUTD

Hi my name is Savannah and I'm fundraising for my cat Alfie. He has to have surgery on his urethra to stop him from having Urinary Crystals. He has FLUTD (Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease) he has been hospitalized 4x now due to being blocked even when on the proper diet. Urinary crystals are an equivalent to us humans passing kidney stones, this last visit he had was life threatening and this surgery is the only way to give him his best chance. He’s 7 years old and has so much life left to live, anything you can give would be more than appreciated. Thank you very much
