Help Mahmoud and family survive!

This fundraiser has been created on behalf of Mahmoud and his family who are living in Gaza. They are traditional embroiderers who keep the beautiful culture and tradition of this art alive. Like everyone in Gaza, life has become extremely more difficult for Mahmoud and his family since the non-stop bombing began in October.

At the moment, Mahmoud, his family, and many of his neighbours are living in tents and are without any changes of clothing. Few have blankets or mattresses to keep warm at night as they try to sleep.

Beyond this, food and water is very scarce for people in the neighbourhood. Money from this fundraiser will go to helping Mahmoud and his community get basic essentials to continue to survive the horrific conditions in Gaza. Particularly while aid is being prevented from getting into Gaza in significant amounts, we can support by sending funds to this inside who are able to access them.

I know Mahmoud from following his family's beautiful tapestry work for quite some time now. I will send the funds via Paypal. Proof of dispersal will be provided.
