Help me be a first generational college graduate

Hi, my name is Alexandra and I am a student majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in exercise science. I will be graduating in December and become the first person in my family to graduate from college.
I began my college education in Portland as a Concordia student. Given the circumstances of them ceasing operations, and COVID I was unable to counting my education at Concordia. This led me to a pursue Bushnell University, in Eugene to be close to my family. I have commuted to Bushnell since becoming a transfer student, and worked 20 plus hours a week to pay for my education. I have been fortunate to be awarded grants, aid and scholarships through different programs. Unfortunately though I am unable to pay off what I owe for this semester which means I am unable to get my transcripts I need to apply for graduate programs.
I plan to apply to Masters in Athletic Training programs in Oregon to become an Athletic Trainer. I have been a CNA for 3 1/2 years and enjoy helping others and have found my passion in athletic training.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated as it will give me the opportunity to apply to these programs and purse my desired career, and reach my goals.
