Baby Josiah's Goodbye

Baby Josiah was hospitalized with endocarditis progressing to cardiac failure passing away at 2 years 7 months old just days before this Thanksgiving. Josiah's mother who recently buried her own mother is having to deal with the heartache and funeral expenses all over again. She was the sole provider for her family and is certainly one of the best mothers I've ever seen in my life. She tirelessly cared for her mother's frail health and for her baby who was born with SMDP4 gene deletion (a rare genetic disorder that causes several health issues such as unpredictable blood sugar, breathing, feeding, and developmental issues among other problems).
