Needing a little help

Hi My name is Lucretia and I am starting this fundraiser due to falling on hard times. I currently work a full time job and actually love what I do. I am married to an amazing man who is a stay at home Dad due to having stage 3 Congestive Heart Failure and is unable to work. We have 3 beautiful boys that are my reason for breathing. Our younger 2 have ADHD and our oldest baby has Autism. The Friday after Thanksgiving my middle son and I where driving home and I ran off the road and over corrected and rolled my car. Everyone is ok which is the most important thing. It's just now we are having a hard time getting me back and forth to work and the kids to school, So I am asking for a little help.
