Healing for Avianna: Let's Bring Back Her Smile!

We introduce you to Avianna Brielle Belda, a little warrior who has been facing life's challenges with a heart full of joy and a spirit that inspires everyone around her. Avianna was born on December 30, 2020, and from the very beginning, she has been defying the odds with a radiant smile that lights up the room.

Avianna battles myelomeningocele and hydrocephalus, conditions that she faced head-on from her earliest days. She underwent a delicate operation just weeks after birth to address her myelomeningocele, and a shunt was implanted to manage her hydrocephalus. Through it all, Avianna's resilience and boundless positivity have been a testament to the strength that resides within her tiny frame.

At the tender age of almost three, Avianna faced yet another challenge when she suffered a fracture in her right leg. On October 30th, medical casts were placed on both legs, extending up to her lower back, including the lump from her myelomeningocele surgery. Despite these physical constraints, Avianna continued to embrace life with her infectious laughter and unwavering spirit.

However, adversity struck again on November 24th when it was discovered that the lump on Avianna's back was infected. This unexpected turn of events led to her immediate hospitalization, compounding the physical challenges she already faces. Avianna, with her hydrocephalus, paralyzed legs, broken bone, and an infected wound on her back, now finds herself in a situation where she can barely move.

As loving parents, we are reaching out to you, our extended family, friends, and kind-hearted individuals who believe in the power of community and compassion.
