4x4x48 Challenge.

On the 22nd-24th of December, myself (Darryl) and my brother Adam will be attempting to 4x4x48 challenge in aid of men's mental health.

A training partner of Adams recently passed away and this along with numerous other stories we heard around the same time period is what kickstarted this idea. With Adam training full time in MMA and myself being a yoga teacher outside of work, we knew we needed a physically demanding challenge that not just anybody would try!
