Help Our Colleague Lay His Mother to Rest

Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

It is with heavy hearts that we come together to support our dear colleague, Richard Parlett, who has recently lost his beloved mother, Faith Hope Parlett. As we navigate the challenges of grief and loss, we want to ensure that Richard can focus on healing and cherishing the memories of his mother without the added burden of financial stress.

Faith Parlett lives on in our memories with her fun, playful, and vibrant spirit. Her love for her four children was undeniable and continues to live on after her death. We keep our happy memories of her close to our hearts as we navigate this difficult time following her passing.

Faith passed away at the age of 55 on November 17th, right before Thanksgiving. What is meant to be a time to gather in the spirit of gratitude with friends and family, Richard spent the holiday grieving his mother and planning the next steps in the process of losing a loved one: cremation and funeral plans. The cost of both is exponential, leading Richard to be overwhelmed with financial stress while mourning his mother - and in desperate need of support from friends and the community.

Since November 17th, Faith has not been moved from the mortuary cabinet at the funeral home to be laid to rest due to the crippling expenses. She will remain there until the expenses are fully paid, which is why Richard needs our help.

Professional services including a basic cremation plan, funeral director/staff services, transportation, and more basic but necessary care amounts to $4,776.00.

While no one can prepare to lose a parent, no one should go through it alone – especially at Richard’s young age of 30 years old. In this difficult time, we are reaching out to our compassionate community to lend a helping hand and contribute towards the cremation expenses for Richard’s mother, Faith.

Your generosity will not only provide financial support for Richard to give his mother a final resting place but will also serve as a powerful reminder that we stand united as a family, offering strength, empathy, and comfort to one another. Please consider donating and sharing this campaign with your networks, friends, and family to maximize our collective efforts.

Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support during this time. Together, we can make a difference in Richard's life; so that he can lay his mother to rest, find peace, and move forward.

With heartfelt gratitude,
The Acropolis Construction family
