Help Ghost vet bills

Hi my name is Crystal. This is really humbling me I don't ask for help. I'm a single mom of two girls who is not currently working. Our puppy unfortunately needs veterinarian services that I can't afford and the Humane Society said they can't help me with $200 . Back story my youngest put two rubber bands on the puppy's leg and it cut off circulation and they can see tendons. It is really swollen and they gave him antibiotics and pain medication and gonna keep him over night. The Humane Society called and said it's to much for them to cover and to find other sources of funds. So if you can please help in anyway. Ghost has a long recovery ahead of him. I hate to have to put him to sleep he is only 6 months old and such a good puppy and doesn't deserve this because of the mistake of a toddler. Please help me anyway you can.
