Hyrox for Macmillan

Hi,

In May 2024, I will be taking part in the HYROX London 2024 womens singles open event for an amazing charity Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan offers support to people living with cancer and their loved ones. Right now, more than 3 million people are living with cancer in the UK. By 2030 this figure will rise to 4 million. Macmillan are here to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, by providing physical, financial and emotional support.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Hyrox will be a huge challenge for myself as it’s something completely different but raising money for Macmillan is a huge motivator. I’ve been training hard so far and will be putting in loads of hard work with less than a month to go!

Any donations are truly appreciated as it all goes to such an amazing charity to help those affected by cancer.
