Medical bills and rent

Hi I'm Tom. I'm on Disability and have a part time job. I recently hurt my back and I'm having surgery on December 5th. My manager at my part time job has only scheduled me once in the last two weeks. Unfortunately my pay checks are getting smaller and smaller. I need raise about 800.00 for rent and my medical bill copay. Please help me
