At the current moment, we're aiming to take our commitment to the next level by providing a dedicated space for all community members to gather, connect, and have fun together.

How Your Contribution Will Make a Lasting Impact
Space Acquisition: Secure a central location accessible to all Deaf/Hard-of-hearing/Non-Deaf community members of the GTA
Hub: Create an inclusive environment with the necessary amenities including a community kitchen, media room, party room and all other necessary spaces.
Accessibility Upgrades: Ensure the space is fully accessible for individuals with diverse needs
Community Programs: Develop and partner up with other agencies to make engaging programs for everyone
Supporting Families: Recognizing the challenges parents face, we want the DEB Community Hub as a supportive environment. If parents find themselves busy, the hub could become a safe space where they can drop off their kids. With the inclusion of a community kitchen, other members can step in to help care for the children, engaging them in learning and games until parents are ready to pick them up after work.
