•MARKO NIKIĆ presently at ACI BADEM clinic with the complain of pain in left hip. His past medical history revealed that Marko was operated with the diagnosis of BRAIN NEUROENDOCRINE CARCINOMA and received chemo and radiotherapy. He is still followed in hospital by oncology department. Latest left hip MRI and PET-CT results showed a lytic lesion at the left hip and deffomation on of the left femoral head. The differential diagnoses include osteonecrosis of the left femoral head and bone metastasis due to neoroendocrine carcinoma. Both of these diagnoses need the same surgical treatment. The patient is strongly recommended an operation for his treatment. At this operation, the left femoral head will be excised and sent for pathologic studies. The bone defect will be reconstructed with a total titanium ceramic hip prothesis. So the required operation iw biopsy and hip replacement. The operations should be performed in an urgent manner.

•MARKO NIKIĆ se nalazi u Istanbulu na klinici Aci Badem i hitno je potrebno uraditi operaciju zamjene lijevog kuka jer sve indikacije ukazuju da se na tom mjestu pojavila metastaza.

Tokom operacije ukloniće se veci dio kuka i dio butne kosti, i poslije toga odraditi histo-patoloski ( biopsija ) nalaz.

Sve to izuskuje velike troškove ( oko 22 000e ) i ja vas sve molim da mu pomognemo koliko je ko u mogućnosti. Marko je prije dvije godine operisan na istoj klinici gdje mu je ustanovljen neuro endokrini karcinom na mozgu, prilikom liječenja je imao 6 ciklusa po 5 dana hemo terapije i 30 radioterapija, gdje mu je ustanovljen neuro endokrini karcinom na mozgu.
