Dustin Wayne Dowdy

Hey, my name is Amber Dowdy. I am Dustin's sister-in-law (Cody's wife). I am here to try and help raise money to pay for a service for Dustin.

I'll go ahead and tell you a little bit about Dustin, if you didn't have to pleasure of meeting him.

Dustin Wayne Dowdy was born January 19th, 1995 to Rebecca Dax and Wayne Dowdy. Dustin was the baby of the family. He has 1 older sister, Renee and two older brothers, Josh and Cody. Dustin was a brother, son, husband (Sierra), father (Noah), friend, and uncle. Man, how he loved his neices and nephews, there was nothing Uncle DuhDuh couldn't fix.

Dustin was full of life. He was always living life to the fullest, even when that came to making bad decisions. He didn't care, he just wanted to have fun.

Dustin had a heart of gold. There was literally no one like him. He would give you the shirt of his back, even if it's all he had left.

Dustin was good at a lot of different jobs, but his favorite was hanging sprinkler pipe. He was so good at it too. Dustin loved hunting, fishing, and drinking beer. He loved getting his hand dirty and building things. He loved spending time with Noah. His favorite colors were red and orange. He LOVED to eat but his favorite snacks were honey buns and cherry coke.

Honestly, you just had to know Dustin to know Dustin.

The world doesn't realize what we lost the day He was taken.

At 3:22am Saturday, November 25, 2023 Dustin was riding a dirt bike towards Princeton, WV coming from Athens, WV when a 16 year old drunk driver swerved into his lane, hitting and killing him. He left this world FAR too soon!
