Medical expenses and Income loss

Hello, my name is Kathy Hudson and I've created this fundraiser for my good friend Maria Giacalone. Maria was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She will be undergoing a double mastectomy within the next five weeks. As some of you know, Maria is self-employed with her food truck business, Maria's Italian kitchen on the go.

Maria is a good friend too many, she's always the first one to jump in and help others who are in need. She's constantly putting others needs before her own. Maria is going to incur medical expenses for surgery hospital stays and being self-employed, she will be unable to work for at least six weeks postop, which will create a financial hardship for her. I am asking you to prayerfully consider helping Maria with any amount that you can to help her get through this rough period. Cancer sucks! And as if the cancer diagnosis alone isn't enough, it's going to create a ripple effect financially. A wise friend once told me " A burden shared is cut in half and a joy shared is doubled." We are called to bear one another's burdens - please help with whatever amount you feel comfortable with.
