UPDATE: Karen is now at peace, she passed away on December 1st at 1150 pm, at home with her family.

Hey everyone, my name is Marcie and I'm the adopted daughter to Karen. This is prolly one of the hardest things I will do, this family needs help. My mom found out about 2 months ago that she had breast Cancer stage 2, she had her first kemo almost 2 weeks ago and hit hard....she has been in the hospital for a week and is declining fast. She was one of the sources of income in the new home that was just bought. Doctors are releasing her on hospice to go home today, it is comfort care now till the end. This has happened so fast, if anyone knew karen they knew she was a very persistent persona and straight forward but so kind and loved her job as a special needs bus driver. I'm asking for any help possible for this family as we take on one of the roughest things to do. Anything helps, if you can share this it will help alot!!
