Cameron’s Medical Expenses

Cameron is undergoing brain surgery for a tumor removal. Praise the Lord it is not cancerous. It’s a 7 hour surgery. The tumor is sitting on her optic nerve over her right eye and boarders major blood vessels. She will go in Monday, December 4th to Stanford. Cameron will be there for at least a week. A couple of those days will be in ICU.

Any donations are greatly appreciated at this time. This money will help with travel expenses and loss of wages while Heather temporarily stays home while Cameron heals.

What a whirlwind these past several weeks have been. Cameron has had a difficult senior year with mysterious ailments that just didn’t stop coming, and slowed her down quite a bit. We were searching for answers, but the answer we got hit us like a ton of bricks. Learning that Cameron has a brain tumor initially was the scariest thing I could imagine for my daughter. Little by little, we learn more and more and by now I can stand on the flip-side of that fear — Cameron’s ailments CAN be fixed!! Her symptoms that seemed to have no answer, and therefore no end in sight, can all be attributed to this benign tumor. The prayer now is of gratitude. Thank you, Lord, that Cameron’s problem is a fixable one! Thank you for guiding us to the answers! Thank you for all the people along the way that have unabashedly washed us in comfort and support. Each day comes with new questions, but thankfully also, new answers. So many people have come together in prayer for Cameron. There are networks of people stretching all across the country, and I must say it’s working!! We feel it! Now I see people coming together to raise money for us to help ease the stress in more ways, and I just can’t find the words to express the thankfulness in my heart for all of you. I would have never imagined feeling so comforted in such a time as this. Thank you and thank you again.
