Honduran Pastors & Community COVID19 Support

Due to the unforeseen circumstances caused by COVID-19, many pastors and church members in Honduras, specifically in small towns and rural areas, do not have the resources to survive.
During this pandemic, the Honduran government has placed strict measures, for example, limiting the use of public transportation. This is especially difficult for those living in rural areas since it is a daily necessity for them to go to work.
The money will be used to provide mostly food and other basic necessities (cleaning supplies, first aid kits, toilet paper) and it will go to brothers and sisters in Christ who, because of the pandemic, cannot go to their jobs.
The money raised will be sent to Pastor Nain Vigil who is the regional director for the Central District (he overlooks 250 churches throughout 6 states) of Iglesias de Dios (Churches of God) in Honduras. Our family met pastor Nain and learned of his ministry while we were missionaries in Honduras and have continued working with and supporting him in his efforts to train his pastors in leadership principles.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 in a month or so; whatever money is raised per week will be sent to Pastor Nain directly and he will administer the money accordingly. Any amount of money you can donate will be greatly appreciated and used diligently.
Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone–especially to those in the family of faith.
