As much as we wished it was just something she ate, it was unfortunately appendicitis.

On Feb. 19, her love for food and travel took a turn and Lily was admitted to a hospital in Bangkok, Thailand for an emergency appendectomy. Thankfully, the surgery was completed with no complications. She is currently recovering but with this unexpected surgery came unexpected medical costs.

Lily is my older sister and to many of you she’s like family as well. She’s someone I know I can always count on and will always be there when I need her. She’s our rock.
