Medical bills for Jay Ruiz

Please contribute to cover medical costs for Jay Ruiz, founder of Brooklyn Bike Patrol. Jay suffered two heart attacks while uninsured.


For a few years Jay has been out on the streets of Brooklyn at least six nights a week making sure the women of Brooklyn are safe.
