Hello,
My name is Angel ,I’m Ftm and been on Testosterone since 2016. Top surgery has been a forever dream of mine but due to many hardships in my life I haven’t been able to get it done or even close to meeting a surgeon, till march 7th of this year. With the help of my girlfriend I finally went and got a consultation done.
Top surgery would be really life changing for me, and it would help me both mentally and physically. I would finally be able to feel free in my own body and feel like it actually belongs to me, without trying to cover it and hide it in layers of clothes and without feeling pain in doing so.
It has never been easy for me to set a go fund me or to ask for help. For I’ve been bullied in the past for it, but I’ve grown older and grown more and more tired in this body of mine I just want to feel at home in it. Free.
Sadly with hours cut short at work and life throwing bills at me, I am in need of help. I am lucky enough that my private health insurance covers a good portion of my surgery and related appointments.
However, I am still responsible for $6,000+ of out-of-pocket health care expenses .
Once my surgery is booked it will need to be paid in full 2 weeks before the date set or I lose everything as well as the price ,for it will go up.
I call out to my community and anyone who supports to help out in any way you can. I would massively appreciate it. Whether you can donate (any amount - nothing is too small) or you can only support by sharing and spreading the word with love and gratitude.
