Millie's Heartworm Treatment

Hello! My name is Mandy and I am fundraising for our precious Millie girl. Millie is the sweetest, most loving pup there is. She grew up on the streets of Texas but was rescued and brought to Maryland, where she found her place in our family in June of 2020. Millie unfortunately had heartworm when she came to us, and we are doing all we can to get her healthy. She is currently undergoing treatment but the cost keeps piling up from medicines, to injections, scans, and vet costs. I am not typically one to reach out for help but the bills are more then we anticipated, though she is worth every penny it cost to save her! Millie has already made it half way through the treatment plan and we are optimistic that she will be happy, healthy, and heartworm free in no time!

Millie goes to the vet next on May 13th, for some follow up scans to see if the injections are doing their job! We are hopeful that she has made some progress!
