ABOUT BORIQUA KITCHEN: My name is Darren Anthony Lamboy and l am the Chef and proud owner of Boriqua Kitchen, a vibrant culinary mobile food truck that has been serving up authentic Puerto Rican flavors to our Bay Area and local communities. Our journey started over 6 years ago with a simple passion for sharing the rich, diverse tastes of Puerto Rican cuisine, and thanks to the incredible support from my amazing family, friends, supporters and loyal followers, we've grown into a beloved local spot. I could not be more grateful for that. After a lot of thought and consideration, I have decided to create this gofundme to raise the desperately needed funds for a new food trailer. This will allow me to reach new cities, neighborhoods and allow me to cater special events, festivals, pop up spots and more, ensuring that the flavors of boriqua kitchen are accessible to everyone near and far. This can and will happen with a new food trailer. Your generous contributions will go toward the purchase and customization of the food trailer, acquiring top-quality kitchen equipment, and ensuring all the necessary permits and licenses are secured.
