Tressa Boudreaux-Prophylactic Bilateral Double Masectomy

UPDATE..... Most of Tressa's friends and of course her family know the extensive family history of Breast Cancer. Tressa has under gone genetic testing and even though the genetic test are negative she has an extremely high percentage of a Breast Cancer diagnosis. We have been meeting with her Primary Care provider/Breast Medical Care team, and Oncologist at M.D. Anderson for her upcoming Prophylactic Bilateral Double Masectomy. Surgery has been scheduled for February 20, 2025. Our health insurance has not approved any coverage with travel, lodging or food expenses thus far. Unfortunately Tressa does not have short term disability. If anyone knows Tressa she is a very private person and has had difficulty with sharing this with everyone. We are trying to decide on ways to help us with the financial aspect of all the upcoming expenses. We are not sure how to ask for help when we don't want to seem like we are asking for a hand out. If anyone has any ideas please reach out to me. Please keep Tressa in you prayers for the continued strength to see this process through. She is one stubborn cookie, but all cookies crumble.
