3D Print more masks for the NHS
Donation protected
This is a quick fundraising page to pool the very generous offers of donations to help in the production of more 3D printed masks for the NHS and other front-line services. My 3D printer is working 24/7 and with your help, we can make more masks with more printers. We would like to fund at least another printer.
After all this is over, and it will be, the 3D printer will be given to my school (St John's CE Primary School) for the children to use as part of the curriculum. Enabling them to develop CAD CAM skills so that they can take on initiatives like this in the future.
We are also fundraising for the materials, filament, acetate and elastic material that secures the mask to those who will be wearing them. To reduce passing on infection, each batch of masks are bagged in a zipped bag to keep them sterile.
I really hope that you can help.
