3D Printers Battling COVID-19

The Model and Goal
I am raising money to buy materials to produce more, re-usable N95 masks for medical professionals fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. I've been building masks on my 3D printers for 2 weeks now, having completed 10 of them, since I got the design tweaked. The original design  comes from two doctors and one of their sons, a 3-D printing enthusiast (all from Billings, Montana), who used a dental face scanner to create the original model. They call the mask design,  “The Montana Mask ” and show that they have done rigorous clinical testing to show it is effective against the virus.  Go here to see the results of the clinical tests 

I have a scaled the model up and down to fit various face sizes and have created a good face seal crafting method.

Looking now to ramp up as more requests are flooding in for these masks. Each mask takes a few hours to print, and about an hour of "crafting time" to do initial sanding, removing of support materials and the placement of rubber window seal around the edges to create an air tight fit. We will be buying printer filament, print head replacements, gasket/window seal material, head straps, Cyanoacrylate glue (works best on PLA materials from the 3D printers), sand paper, and gloves. We already have two Ultimaker printers that are working around the clock, but more capacity and capabilities will obviously be of huge value.
