3D Printing PPE for the NHS during COVID-19
Donation protected
I am a Year 11 student who has just possibly just finished my time at high school. Not knowing where I am with my academic career, I am trying to be productive and helping those who are at risk. I am currently 3D printing face shields to be donated to the NHS. The reason I am asking for donations is to help cover costs of materials and possibly expand production to be able to make higher amounts of PPE per day. Currently I am making around 30 visor frames per day.
This is important to me as my auntie is a front line senior nurse at Preston Hospital and each day she is putting herself at risk helping others so I am wanting to help them.
Any excess money will be donated to the NHS Charities Together.
