Help A Family Rebuild

My name is Mike, and I would appreciate it if you took a moment and read this story.

A dear friend and my sister's in-laws suffered several huge losses within a week, beginning with the loss of her father. While attending her father's funeral, she received a phone call to inform her that they had lost their home due to a fire. The house and all contents were a complete loss. They have no clothes, no money....nothing except for the vehicle they were driving and the clothes they had on while attending the father's funeral. This was a home where kids grew up, and grandkids came to play and make many memories with grandma and grandpa. It was an excellent all-American "home". It's gone now, and we need to build it back so a family can enjoy more good memories together in a family home.

The reason for the fundraiser is to provide the mother, father, daughter and two grandkids funds to get back on their feet, buy clothing, cover temporary housing, give them time to grieve the loss of their own father/father-in-law and also give them time to figure out what are they going to do overall.

This page will be updated with their progress, and there will be a full accounting record maintained.
